Your gallery, your photos, and the fine print.

What you can do with your photos

Your delivery includes full-resolution files and web-ready versions. You’re welcome to print them at any lab (no credit needed on prints), and use them for casting agencies, agents, theatre programs, school submissions, and your audition or portfolio websites. That personal-use license doesn’t expire.

Posting online

Please post the web-optimized, watermarked versions online rather than the full-resolution originals; heavy compression on social platforms makes the big files look worse, not better. If you asked for a social-size unwatermarked version at your session, you can post that one with a “Photo by G-Let Photography” credit.

Commercial use

Allowed with credit to G-Let Photography. If your situation is unusual (a company buying ad rights, a contest that takes ownership), message me first and we’ll sort it out.

Editing

Cropping for a platform is fine. Please don’t apply filters, retouch skin or features, change the colors, or run the photos through AI tools; those edits change my work while my name is still on it.

Copyright

I keep the copyright in the photographs, which is standard for photographers. It’s what lets me protect the work for both of us.

Your gallery link and password

The link and password together are the keys to your photos. Share them with people you trust, but don’t post them publicly.

How long your gallery stays up

12 months after delivery, then it comes down automatically. Download everything when it arrives. If you lose your files later, reach out; my archive means I can usually help.
